Our facial treatments are designed to cleanse, hydrate and refresh the appearance of the skin while providing a calming wellness experience.
City skin takes a beating — recycled office air, humidity in July, wind off the harbor in February, and not nearly enough water. A facial will not fix all of that, but it will clear away the buildup, put moisture back, and give you a visibly calmer complexion for the week ahead.
Services range from a focused 30-minute facial to a 75-minute Premium Facial. Depending on your selection, treatments may include cleansing, steam therapy, face masks, HydroFacial technology, and eye and neck care.

How your facial runs
Steps vary by treatment length and by what your skin needs on the day, but a session generally follows this order.
Consultation
A short conversation about your skin, any sensitivities and what you would like to see improve. No sales pitch — just enough to choose the right products.
Cleanse & Steam
Thorough cleansing followed by steam therapy to soften the skin and open the way for deeper treatment.
Treatment
Face mask, hydration and — on 60- and 75-minute services — HydroFacial technology across the face and neck.
Finish
Moisturizer, eye and neck care where included, and a few minutes to sit up slowly before you head back out.
Back & Foot first, facial second
Our second Rio Special package pairs a 60-minute Back & Foot treatment with a 30-minute facial — ninety minutes for $99.
There is a reason we sequence it that way. The Back & Foot brings your whole nervous system down a gear; by the time you are on the facial bed, the skin is warm, relaxed and far more receptive. Most guests fall asleep somewhere in the middle.
